Coltstar Announces Board Changes
Vancouver, British Columbia CANADA, February 06, 2012 /FSC/ – Coltstar Ventures Inc.  (CTR – TSX Venture), is announcing the appointment of Michael Sikich, Arndt Roehlig and Fiore Aliperti to the board of directors.  Mr Sikich will serve as Chairman of the board.  Peter Russell-Jones is stepping down from the board to pursue other interests.  The Company thanks Mr. Russell-Jones for his efforts on behalf of Coltstar Ventures and wishes him success in his future endeavours.
Michael Sikich brings over two decades of business experience in both private enterprise and with public companies to the Coltstar team.  He is the owner of a real estate company currently employing over 150 people with sales of several hundred millions dollars annually.   Mr. Sikich has demonstrated strength in business management and successful execution of critical paths and business plans.
Arndt Roehlig brings over a decade of public company experience to the Company, in which he has served in various capacities with numerous companies trading on the TSX Venture Exchange that operate in the resource sector.  Mr. Roehlig is currently serving as President and Director of Pure Living Media Inc., a media company trading on the CNSX.
Fiore Aliperti is a well-established local businessman with a 25 year record of achievement and demonstrated success driving multimillion-dollar sales growth.  In the last two years, Mr. Aliperti has been engaged in Corporate Development for multiple companies, including Coltstar.
Coltstar Ventures is a mineral exploration company that is currently exploring for base and precious metals in Canada and Italy.
